To acquire 86-95 acres of land to develop a proof of concept for a smart city, which will include the development of future oriented energy efficient and weather resistant green homes, and smart streets. This project site will serve as a technology research hub/ community to study the effectiveness of materials and emerging technologies that can melt snow and extract and conserve water resources, thereby preserving roadways, and providing for better passenger safety, and saving on highway maintenance.

To equip clients with the social skills and the tools they need to develop emotional intelligence and reach the self-actualization stage of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Participants will navigate various learning experiences to develop skills needed to better communicate, set and achieve self-sufficiency goals, develop sustainable relationships, and retain employment that is better suited to their interest areas and personal characteristics and needs.

To create self-sustaining programs, which eliminates the need for ongoing support, however, some of our operational needs exist outside of our programming needs. We operate efficiently through the support of dedicated volunteers, however, at times it is necessary to hire staff, rent facilities, and pay for platforms that require capital.
